Other Farm Produce Prices
The prices nobody publishes — reported where they exist, gaps marked plainly
Cattle have a quote. Milk has a league table. Nearly everything else an Irish farm sells — straw, timber, goat milk, eggs, honey — trades with no published price at all, and the buyer likes it that way. This page lists the reported figures where they exist and marks the gaps in plain sight. Every gap closes when farmers report.

Every line marked "no published price" is a negotiation a farmer walks into blind. That is not an accident of small markets — it is the same game as the factory gate, played smaller. The fix is the same too: report what you were paid, anonymously, and the next farmer negotiates with his eyes open.
